Memory 101

I was walking side by side with you. Just talking about random stuff and volleyball. We reached the main road. Still talking whilst checking for cars. It took us a while until we finally crossed. We reached the island that was in the middle of the road. When we were looking for cars you looked at me and put out your hand. I just stared at it. I then reached for your hand. Our fingers entwined. We crossed the road holding hands all the way to the station.
You: Have anything to look forward to?
Me: Nope....
You: - Giving a questioning look "Like really? -
Me: The party???

Before you got caught your train we hugged and you kissed me on the cheek goodbye.

Mission Complete

P.T called me out at around 9.40pm. I had to take the balloons out into the car.
I thought the balloons wouldn't fit but they did. WIN WIN!
On the way there P.T and I had a chat about who this lucky guy was.
Whilst giving him directions to the place I told him. Yep.
He really didn't know what to make of it really. Why Licorise. I guess it caught him by surprise.
We reached Licorise's house but parked a couple houses down because I didn't want us to look suss.
Taking the balloons out of the plastic bag was a big pain in the butt. The wind was crazy. The balloon stings got tangled and everything. I thought I was going to fly away.
P.T dropped the cupcake a couple of times and so did I. Oh well... It's the thought that counts.
I was so nervous and scared so I just hugged P.T until I felt better.
Then I called Licorice. He didn't pick up. P.T and I just leaned on the back of his car.
I kept calling and calling but no reply.
I was shattered. What if Licorice didn't want to talk to me? What if Licorice is ignoring me?
So we stood outside in the cold for another good 10 minutes before I called Licorice again and the call finally went through.
Licorice picked and I was like OH MY FUCKING GOD COME OUTSIDE!
Grabbing the present, cupcake and balloons I looked at P.T and took a deep breathe. Turning around I walked straight to Licorice's house and stood behind the bush.
It took Licorice a little while to open the door. Licorice looked around.
Me: I'm over here.
Him: Where? -Looks around-
Me: Behind the bush.
Licorice walked out and I gave him his present, balloons and cupcake.
Explaining about the cupcake because I dropped it so many times it might not be a cupcake anymore when he opens the box.
Me: HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I don't know if you like balloons... but I got them anyways.
Him: No, no. I love balloons.
Me: :) There are 20 balloons. I was going to give you 18 and bought 2 extra just in case they popped. But the wind tangled the strings so I couldn't take 2 out.
Licorice kept saying thank you. He asked me if I wanted to go inside and get a warm drink before I go but I said No because it would have been awkward. So...
We just talked whilst hugging. I didn't want to let go of him. I wanted to hold onto him. I didn't want the moment or night to end. I wanted it to last forever.
Before I left.
Me: Wait stop, stop, stop.
Him: Yeah?
Me: Just stand still and look that way. (Points to the right)
Him: Okay. (Looks to the right)
Me: Stay still okay. Don't move.
Him: Okay.
Me: - I leaned in and kissed him on the cheek. Short and sweet. -
We hugged.
He thanked P.T. I hoped in the car and we drove off. I squealed like a crazy bitch in the car. I think he heard... Oh wells :)

Thank-you P.T for making it possible.
I went through all that trouble to make his day that little bit more magical.
Well it wasn't trouble because I wanted to do it.
I just wanted his day to be magical.

Change

Change Is.....

Change is something that presses us out of our comfort zone. It is destiny-filtered, heart grown, faith built. Change is inequitable; not a respecter of persons. Change is for the better or for the worst, depending on where you view it. Change has an adjustment period which varies on the individual. It is uncomfortable, for changing from one state to the next upsets our control over outcomes. Change has a ripping effect on those who won’t let go. Flex is the key. Even a roller coaster ride can be fun if you know when to lean and create new balance within the change.  Change is needed when all the props and practices of the past no longer work. Change is not comforted by the statement ‘just hang in there’ but with the statement ‘you can make it’. We don’t grow in retreat, but through endurance. Change isn’t fixed by crying, worrying, or mental treadmilling. Change is won by victors not victims; and that choice is ours.
Change is awkward -- at first. Change is a muscle that develops to abundantly enjoy the dynamics of the life set before us. Change calls own strength beyond anyone of us. Change pushes you to do your personal best. Change draws out those poised for a new way. Change isn’t for chickens. Change does have casualties of those defeated. Change will cause us to churn or to learn. Change changes the speed of time. Time is so slow for the reluctant, and yet it is a whirlwind for those who embrace it. Change is more fun to do than to be done to. Change seeks a better place at the end and is complete when you realize you are different.
Change is measured by its impact on all who are connected to it. Change is charged when you are dissatisfied with where you are. Change doesn’t look for a resting-place; just the next launching point. Change is only a waste to those who don’t learn from it. Change happens in the heart before it is proclaimed by our works. Change chaps those moving slower than the change itself.  If you can change before you have to change, there will be less pain. Change can flow or jerk, depending on our resistance to it. Change uses the power invested in the unseen to reinvent what is seen. Change is like driving in a fog – you can’t see very far, but you can make the whole trip that way.
Change is here to stay.

Tuesday: Study and babysit Calvin. Took a polaroid picture with him ;D Nervous freak out about exams. Fell asleep on phone.
Wednesday: Exam Exam D: Lasith bought me lunch :') Then after exams R was there LIKE WTF he has no exams. WHY ARE YOU AT SCHOOL?! Went broady with J.Le and Ash. Hehe bonding time and pigging out on food ;D
Thursday: GAT
Friday: MARYANNES PARTYY!!!
The week is going by so fast.

Day Off

So today I took the day off for myself.
I was supposed to study but I didn't really get much of that done.

I woke up at 9 o'clock.
Showered and got ready.
Left the house at 10ish.
Walked to the bus stop. A dog followed me all the way to the bus stop. And a bird landed next to my seat and sat there.
Caught the 10.21 Smart Bus.
Went and bought a myki ( Cause I lost mine)
Made it to the train with 1 minute to spare.
On the train a cute grandma smiled at me (:
Got to the city.
Walked around and just window shopped.
Bought Vick's for Lasee. (out of the goodness of my heart)
Listened to buskers busk.
While I was on my phone and sitting outside near the tram lines, listening to the beautiful free music I looked up and saw Chloe walk past. I called out her name.
OMG I hadn't seen her in ages. We caught up and bought jewelery together.
She bought a rock like ring... And I bought a flower ring.
It just made my day. Seeing her that is.
I then walked with her to MC because I needed to go meet Julie and Chloe needed to go home.
Had lunch with Julie and caught up.
Caught train.
Went library. Sat with Bao, Jenny and Kathy.
They left.
I stayed until 5pm ish.
Walked to the station and the bus came straight away.
Got home.

I don't know. Writing it in this post makes it feel so emotionless but if I were to tell someone the experience in real life its so much better.

Today was my lucky day, and I am thankful for the friends and family I have.
+ Train brought me one of her birthday macaroons to school but I wasn't there so she ate it.
It's the thought that counts <3 BUT I STILL WANT ONE!
